FIELD: chemical industry; the apparatuses for realization of heterogeneous processes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses for realization of heterogeneous processes and may be used at realization of synthesis of hydroxylaminesulfate in production of the caprolaktam in the chemical industry. The reactor contains the heat exchangers (3), the cantilever arbor (4), the drive (11) with the frequency transformer, the support (6) for the bearing. In the lower part of the reactor there is the cage stirrer (7), in the middle part of the reactor there is the foam breaker (8) and in the upper part of the reactor there is the clutch (9). The reactor is supplied with the devices of the liquid reactant (10) and the gaseous reaction mixture feeding and the static bladed stirring device (5). The static bladed stirring device may be made one-sectional or two-sectional. The steel blades of the one-sectional stirring device are with their one end fixed on the shell (1) of the reactor, and with the other end fixed on the support (6) for the bearing, and one part of the blades of the two-sectional stirring device is fixed on the shell (1) of the reactor and on the additionally mounted ring (13) for fixation, and the other part of the blades is fixed on the ring (13) and on the support (6) for the bearing. The ring (13) is coupled to the support (6) for the bearing and the shell (1) of the reactor by means of the blades. The invention increases the reactor productivity and the quality of the hydroxylaminesulfate.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the reactor and the quality of the produced hydroxylaminesulfate.
