FIELD: chemical industry; method of control of production of hydroxylamine sulfate used for caprolactam synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of control of production of hydroxylamine sulfate consists in production of it from nitrogen oxide (II), hydrogen and sulfuric acid at excessive pressure in presence of "electrographite platinum" catalyst in reactor cascade, mixing by control of delivery of mixture of nitrogen oxide (II) and hydrogen (synthesis gas) into lower part of each reactor of cascade, control of delivery of aqueous solution of sulfuric acid to first reactor of cascade (in way of motion of liquid flow) and control of delivery of catalyst suspension in sulfuric acid solution to first reactor of cascade (in way of motion of liquid flow). Control is effected by additional delivery of aqueous solution of 18- 25-% sulfuric acid to each reactor of cascade and additional delivery of catalyst suspension in sulfuric acid solution to each reactor of cascade in such way that concentration of catalyst in each reactor of cascade is equal to 30-50 g/l. Proposed method makes it possible to reduce No content in waste gases by more than 3 times.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of hydroxylamine sulfate synthesis reaction; reduced content of nitrogen oxide in waste gases; increased yield of main product of reaction.
