SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making flat or spiny electrically conducting chain-armor web or flat chain armor web with alternating electrically conducting paths and dielectric paths, or spiny chain-armor web with alternating spiny electrically conducting and flat dielectric paths, or flat or spiny dielectric chain-armor web; cutting out holes in ready chain-armor web; mutually joining edges of web by means of clamps, coil springs or flexible members. Spiny chain-armor web is produced by application onto horizontal and vertical links of ready flat web of melt drops for forming spines after solidification. Length of spines of horizontal links exceeds that of spines of vertical links.
EFFECT: possibility for producing wide assortment of articles of chain-armor web with different characteristics.
