SUBSTANCE: invention relate to semi-rigid airships. Proposed airship contains gondola car and follower-type manipulators operated from control gondola. Airship is equipped with electronic device for maneuvering in vertical plane. Provision is made for connection with agricultural facilities and machinery. According to one design version, airship contains detachable deck for crew and passengers. It can be outfitted with tools for agricultural works, communal works, garden works, fishing and construction. Airship can also be used for carrying passengers and as ferry crossing.
