FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved method for synthesis of dialkyl carbonate. Method involves the following steps: (1) carrying out reaction between the first mixture of metalloorganic compound and carbon dioxide optionally in the presence of alkyl alcohol comprising linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group wherein the indicated first mixture of metalloorganic compound comprises mixture of reactive metalloorganic compound comprising two bonds metal-oxygen-carbon in molecule and non-regenerated inert compound formed from indicated reactive metalloorganic compound and comprising three bonds metal-carbon in molecule. Indicated reactive metalloorganic compound is chosen from group including metalloorganic compound represented by the formula (1): wherein M1 represents tin or titanium atom; each substitute among R1 and R2 represents independently of one another linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; each substituted among R3 and R4 represents independently of one another linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; each index among a and b represents a whole number from 0 to 2, a + b = 2; each index among c and d represents a whole number from 0 to 2, a + b + c + d = 4, and metalloorganic compound represented by the formula (2): wherein each M2 and M3 represents independently of one another tin or titanium atom; each substitute among R5, R6, R7 and R8 represents independently of one another linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; each substitute among R9 and R10 represents independently of one another linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; each index among e, f, g and h represents a whole number from 0 to 2, e + f = 2, g + h = 2; each index among I and j represents 1, e + f + I = 3, g + h + j = 3, and wherein nonregenerated inert compound comprises at least one compound represented by the following formula (6): wherein M represents tin or titanium atom; each substitute among R11, R12 and R13 represents independently of one another linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; substitute R14 represents linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group; each index among k, l and m represents a whole number from 0 to 4, k + l + m = 3 or 4; n represents a whole number 0 or 1, and k + l + n = 4 resulting to preparing reaction mixture containing dialkyl carbonate formed during reaction, indicated nonregenerated inert compound and regenerated metamorphous metalloorganic compound formed from reactive metalloorganic compound; (2) separation of indicated reactive mixture optionally in the presence of alkyl alcohol comprising linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group for the first part containing dialkyl carbonate and indicated nonregenerated inert compound, and the second part containing indicated regenerated metamorphous metalloorganic compound, and (3) interactions of the indicated second part of indicated reactive mixture with alkyl alcohol comprising linear or branched (C1-C12)-alkyl group to form the second mixture of metalloorganic compound and water followed by removal of indicated water from the indicated second mixture of metalloorganic compound. The indicated second part of metalloorganic compound comprises mixture of reactive metalloorganic compound having two bonds metal-oxygen-carbon in molecule and nonregenerated inert compound that is formed from indicated reactive metalloorganic compound and having three bonds metal-carbon in molecule and wherein indicated reactive metalloorganic compound comprises at least one compound chosen from group consisting of metalloorganic compound represented by the formula (1) and metalloorganic compound represented by the formula (2), and indicated nonregenerated inert compound comprises at least one compound represented by the formula (6).
