FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill intravitam prediction of tuberculosis due to isolating polymorphonuclear lymphocytes (PMNL) and keeping them in a stabilizing solution; as an inductor it is possible to apply opsonized zymosan, as an additional inductor - specific tuberculosis antigen in 1:100 dilution, mycobacterial disintegration should be conducted with ultrasound; the tested sample is considered to be positive at increased level of luminescence of tested blood sample by 3-5-fold against a control one. The innovation enables to achieve increased significance of intravitam prediction of tuberculosis.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
