SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with inborn abnormality in development of inferior limbs due to osteotomy of hypoplastic tibia followed by V-shaped heel bone osteotomy at the angle being opened towards plantar surface at the level of its posterior department, dosed removal of shin and foot deformation at keeping intact position of posterior fragment of heel bone and shifting intermediate fragment backwards and downwards up to normalizing the contours of foot's posterior department that creates resistance to loadings of limb's calcaneo-leg unit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
