SUBSTANCE: method includes osteotomy of heel bone and displacement of its fragments with help of compression-distraction device using the following procedure: performance of linear osteotomy of heel bone front part from front-back from atop-downward; performance linear osteotomy of heel bone from atop-downward from back to front at level of rear edge of talus; fixing of middle fragment of heel bone and talus by wires conducted in frontal plane; fixing of rear fragment of heel bone by two intersecting and two additional cantilever wires conducted in horizontal plane; displacement of middle fragment from below upward; shifting of rear fragment of heel bone in direction to rear-downward.
