SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains nutrient medium, 10 % serum of cow embryo, human fibroblast diploid cells and gel filler in the next component ratio (in 1 ml): nutrient medium 0,01-0,9; 10 % serum of cow embryo 0,001-0,2; suspension of human fibroblast diploid cells 1x10⁵- 5x10⁹ cells; and balance: gel filler. As human fibroblast diploid cells composition contains human fibroblast diploid cell strain from embryo lung tissue for substitutive therapy or human fibroblast diploid cell strain from embryo skin-muscle tissue for substitutive therapy. As gel filler 5 % polyethylene oxide may be used.
