FIELD: the invention refers to technological welding equipment namely to mechanisms for impulse feed of welding wire.
SUBSTANCE: the mechanism has two clamps(1) and(2) for the wire(3), a rod (4) and an arrangement of reciprocating travel of the rod in the axial direction. The axle of the rod is placed perpendicularly to the axle of traveling of the wire passed through an opening (5), fulfilled in the middle part of the rod. The arrangement of reciprocating travel of the rod is fulfilled in the shape of a pressing spring (6) installed on one end of the rod and a roller (7) is located on the other end and interacts with a cam (8) having a rotation drive (9). The cam is fulfilled in the shape of a disk and is installed under an angle(α) on the drive shaft. The drive is displaced in the horizontal plane relatively to the rod.
EFFECT: simplifies structure of the mechanism.
