FIELD: railway transport; passenger cars.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gangway 9 between double-deck articulated passenger cars having lower passenger compartment 7 with floor 3 of first deck arranged at first lower level HIa between wheel pairs and upper passenger compartment 8 with floor 4 of second deck arranged at upper level H2 has wheel frame with lowered central part and pair of wheels located on second between two adjacent cars. In proposed gangway bridge of first deck passes between two adjacent cars and is arranged at second lower level HIb of floor of first deck, and bridge of second deck passes between two adjacent cars practically at the same upper level as floor of second deck of connected cars. First and second lower levels HIa, HIb of floor of first deck and bridge of first deck are lower than uppermost points P of circumferences of said wheels.
