Vehicle performs simultaneous transportation of passengers and cargo, thus allowing function of railway vehicle no longer to be single and considerably reducing transportation and maintenance costs.

EFFECT: transportation of passengers and cargo transportation are divided into two tiers, which fully separate cargo transportation and transportation of passengers, thus providing passengers with comfortable environment and improving safety of sitting.
