FIELD: automation of electrohydraulic systems of lower-hoist units for performing deep-water operations, lowering and hoisting the diving bell.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrohydraulic control system is provided with at least two variable-capacity pumps, control system whose outputs are connected with control inputs of each variable-capacity pump, first hydraulic motor whose output is connected with diving bell winch and first actuating hydraulic cylinder whose output is connected with compensator of cargo anchor cable tension, second actuating hydraulic cylinder whose output is connected with diving bell rolling stabilizer. Proposed system is also provided with hydraulic switchgear whose inputs are connected with output of each variable-capacity pump and outputs are connected with each hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder and control inputs are connected with control system; proposed system is also provided with additional variable-capacity hydraulic pump whose input is connected with control system and output is connected with hydraulic switchgear; system is provided with pressure sensors whose inputs are connected with outputs of all variable-capacity pumps, actuating hydraulic cylinder rod position sensors whose inputs are connected with actuating hydraulic cylinder rods; hydraulic motor rotational speed sensors whose inputs are connected with hydraulic motor outputs; outputs of pressure sensors, actuating hydraulic cylinder rod position sensors and winch rotational speed sensors are connected with inputs of control system introduced anew.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of maintenance of preset rotational speed of winches; enhanced accuracy of compensation for effect of ship's heaving motion of diving bell position and tension of cargo anchor cable; enhanced reliability of system as whole.
