SUBSTANCE: method of preparing extract of ginco biloba leaves comprises double extraction of dried ginco biloba leaf fragments with ethanol, filtration, washing, concentration of extract under reduced pressure in presence of sodium chloride aqueous solution, separation of dark oil from remaining clear solution, washing of remaining clear solution with solvent selected from n-hexane, n-heptane, and cyclohexane, liquid extraction of aqueous phase washed with ethylacetate, washing of ethylacetate phase with saturated sodium chloride solution, and finally evaporation of washed ethylacetate phase.
EFFECT: increased content of biologically-active substances in ginco biloba leave extract.
