FIELD: chemical industry; glass industry; production of the laminated glass composites containing the color images.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the laminated glass composites containing the color images and presents the description of the intermediate layer for the laminated glass including the biaxially stretched polyethyleneterephthalate polymeric supporting film with the depth between about 25 and 250 micrometers containing at least one color digital image; the biaxially stretched polyethyleneterephthalate polymeric film with the depth between about 10 and 125 micrometers bonded by the thermoactivated glue on the basis of the copolymer - ethylenevinylacetate with the polymeric supporting film so that, at least, one color image is between the polymeric supporting film and the polymeric film; the maiden gluing layer on the basis of the plasticized polyvinylbutyral with the structure of the surface roughness for withdrawal of the air at the lamination process, connected with the polymeric supporting film on the other side from the separation surface between the polymeric supporting film and the polymeric film; and the second gluing layer on the basis of the plasticized polyvinylbutyral with the structure of the surface roughness for withdrawal of the air at the lamination process, connected with the polymeric film on the other side from the separation surface between the polymeric film and the polymeric supporting film; at that the depth of both layers of the indicated glue compounds about 0.38 1.5 mm. The invention also describes the laminated glass composite containing the indicated intermediate layer allocated between two glass sheets. The invention ensures production of the laminated glass composite with the digital image with the operational characteristics corresponding to the operational characteristics of the routine laminate.
EFFECT: the invention ensure production of the laminated glass composite with the digital image having the operational characteristics corresponding to the operational characteristics of the routine laminate.
