FIELD: shipbuilding; designing submarines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed submarine had pressure hull, outer hull with torpedo tube shutters, shipboard high-pressure air system with outside bottles, torpedo tube flood-and-drain system including muzzle and breech drainage valves with pipe lines. Air torpedo tubes are provided with muzzle door and breech door, air impulse bottle with charging and blowing valves, firing valve, cutoff valve, non-return valve mounted in bulkhead sockets welded in pressure hull of submarine with their breech ends passing inside pressure hull and muzzle end passing between pressure hull and outer hull. Bulkhead socket is made in form of plate combining at least two torpedo tubes in module which is equipped with bank outside high-pressure air bottles with shutoff valves. Connected to plate outside the pressure hull by neck of larger diameter is air impulse bottle connected with firing valve fitted on plate on inner side of pressure hull and connected with shutoff valves by means of pipe lines; shutoff valves are connected with non-return valves on breech ends of air torpedo tubes; opposite side of air impulse bottle is provided with charging and blowing pipe lines connected via holes in plate with blow valve and with charging valve of air impulse bottle which is connected with shutoff valve and shipboard high-pressure air system by means of pipe line. Front part of torpedo tubes is connected with front drainage valve mounted on inner side of plate and connected with flood-and-drain system by means of pipe line for enhancing arrangement, fire safety and explosion proofness of torpedo tubes.
EFFECT: enhanced fire safety and explosion proofness.
