SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of underwater shipbuilding, namely, to the submarine device. Submarine with an electro-hydraulic launcher includes an outer housing, a main housing and an electrohydraulic launcher comprising at least one launching tube, a pulse tank installed in the outboard space between the housings, with the vane pump, inlet for water supply from outboard space and outlet connected to launching pipe, and pump electric motor. Pump electric motor is installed inside the main hull of the submarine and is connected to the impeller tank blade pump by means of the shaft. At that, place of shaft passage through main body is equipped with sealing device with disconnected static seal, made with possibility of complete sealing of main body, and, at least, one sealing device with dynamic shaft seal, made with possibility of creation of low moment of resistance to shaft rotation at disconnection of static seal.

EFFECT: reduced noise level and improved operational characteristics of submarine.
