EQUIPMENT FOR PURIFICATION OF THE WASTE WATERS FROM THE AUTOMOBILE WASHING Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C02F3/12 C02F1/40 C02F103/44

Abstract RU 2297394 C1

FIELD: environmental protection; motor-car industry; other industries; equipment for purification of the waste waters containing suspended particles and oil products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment for purification of the waste waters containing the suspended particles and oil products for purification of the waste waters after automobiles washing and also for purification of the storm flows. The equipment contains the tank with the washing solution, the washing gantry, the chute for collection of the waste water containing the distributed along its length mud-catchers made in the form of the weirs, the sedimentary part of which is connected by the pipeline with the container-collector, and the overflow part is connected with the in series linked tanks, the first of which contains the thin layer settler and the coalescing screen; the second tank - the coalescing screen, the third tank - the sorption filters and the fourth tank - for overflow of the purified water, which outlet is connected to the pump, which through the ejector, the electrically controlled valves and the distributing pipelines is connected with the tank of the washing solution and with the tank, in which the thin layer settler is located. At that in each tank there are the mounted devices collecting the floatable the oil products, which are connected with the tank-collector, and the bottom of the tank with the thin layer settler is made in the form of the truncated pyramid for the sediment collection, which is removed by the pump. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the waste waters purification, the increased efficiency of the equipment operation due to the additional saturation of the waste waters with oxygen and the more complete usage of the absorbing capacity of the sorption filters.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the waste waters purification, the increased efficiency of the equipment operation, the additional saturation of the waste waters with oxygen, the more complete usage of the absorbing capacity of the sorption filters.
