FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for washing from outside rail tank cars carrying oil and oil products and it can be used for washing tank tracks, freight and passenger rail car at cosmetic cleaning. External washing is done using washing solution of preset concentration prepared from metered out components of detergent. External washing is carried out in several steps: preliminary heating of outer surface, washing consisting of first and finish washing, watering up and drying of outer surface. Drain flows of dirty detergent formed at washing are subjected to multistage cleaning with preliminary separation of large size particles, then fine particles, and water fraction is separated in separation modules with heads consisting of parallel coalescing vertical plates. As a result, mixing oil residues, slimes and cleaned washing solution are separated from water fraction and cleaned washing solution is directed to prepared other portion of washing solution, i.e. is returned into washing cycle. Drain flows at formed watering up are passed through filter and further on also delivered for washing of outer surfaces. Mixed oil residues and slime are accumulated in corresponding reservoirs and then are utilized by homogenization in vibration cavitation grinder. Fuel, thus formed, is delivered to boiler room for combustion. Device implementing proposed method includes all devices for its implementation.

EFFECT: ecologically clean washing of outer surfaces of vehicles, improved quality of washing off, better operating conditions for attending personnel.
