FIELD: biochemical engineering; methods and devices for production of methane, electrical power and the heat energy.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the anaerobic conversion of the biomass into the biogas in the separate production processes of the hydrolysis and the methane fermentation of the biomass under action of the methanic, mesophilic, thermophilic and psychrophile bacteria contained in the recurrent reflux. The purified biogas is decomposed into the methane and carbon dioxide. Using a part of the methane and the biogas produce the standard gaseous fuel used in the engine of the electric current generator and in the thermoreactive cell generating the electric power and heat. The installation consists of the device (1) for preparation of the biomass connected with the hydrolyzer (2) and further with the sequential system (3)of the fermentation malting vats and the composter all interacting with the device (4) for return and dressing of the reflux. The tank (5) for the technical biogas is connected to the device (6) for purification of the biogas and further to the tank (7) for the purified biogas connected to the device (8) for decomposing the biogas and the mixer (11) for the gases. The device (8) has outputs to the device (10) for treatment of СО2 and to the device (9) for the treatment of the methane, which is connected to the mixer (11) for gases, connected to through the tank (12) with the tank for the standard gaseous fuel. The tank (12) is connected to the device (13) for generation of the electrical power and the heat and with the device (14) for the heat reprocessing. The technical result of the invention is production of the methane together with electrical power and the heat energy, the high efficiency of the installation, reduction of the installation dimensions.
