FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method includes collection of vegetable raw materials, its grinding and thermophilic fermentation in methane digesters with supply of produced biogas into gas holders with subsequent usage of biogas for production of thermal and electric energy, raw materials are loaded into methane digesters serially with an interval equal to the time of fermentation and unloading of the methane digester, the pulp after fermentation is sent for double-stage mechanical dehydration to the relative moisture of 40-50% with subsequent drying of the produced concentrate to the absolute moisture of 50-60%, the produced concentrate is sent as fuel for combustion in a furnace of a boiler plant with generation of steam of energy parameters for production of electric energy, and effluent gases from the boiler plant are divided into two flows, one of which is sent for drying of concentrate, and the other flow - for heating of the vegetable raw materials in methane tanks to the temperature of thermophilic fermentation.

EFFECT: complete extraction of thermal and electric energy from renewable sources, preferably, vegetable raw materials, characterised by waste-free production.
