FIELD: special-destination fluids in oil and gas production industry.
SUBSTANCE: grouting mortar intended for construction of oil and gas wells composed of cement, plasticizer, foam suppressor, polymer additive, and water is characterized by that said polymer additive is re-dispersible latex powder, said plasticizer is sulfurized melamine-formaldehyde, said foam suppressor is silica-supported organosilicon composition, and in that mortar additionally contains hydroxyethylcellulose at following proportions of components utilized, wt parts: cement 100, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.2-0.4, plasticizer 0.1-0.5, foam suppressor 0.2, re-dispersible latex powder 1-4, and water 44. According to another embodiment of invention, grouting mortar differs from the above-defined mortar by that polymer additive is latex polymer emulsion contained in amount of 2-8 wt parts.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of grouting mortar, in particular increased adhesion, bend and compression strength, and reduced waterproofness.
