SUBSTANCE: into projection site of affected pulmonary lobe onto thorax it is necessary to inject subcutaneously daily about 20.0-30.0 ml 0.5%-1% solution of local anesthetic that contains a daily dosage of antibiotic and heparin at the dosage of 50-120 IU/ml solution of local anesthetic. Then one should press the subcutaneous infiltrate till its disappearance. Therapy course should be carried out till clinical improvement. The innovation enables to shorten terms of therapy due to penetration of large dosages of inactivated antibiotic and local anesthetic into lesion focus and, also, the stoppage in developing generalized lymph clotting, reconstruction of lymphocirculation and removal of bronchial spasm.
