FIELD: heat-and-power engineering; vibrators of the directional operation used for removal of the sediment in the heat-exchange devices.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the vibration equipment and may be used in the heat-and-power engineering, in particular, for removal of the sediment in the heat-exchange devices and also for intensification of the production processes in the liquid, solid and gaseous mediums. The invention provides, that the vibrator of the directional operation contains the cylindrical holder with the internal race groove, the bead running around it, the power winding made in the form of "m"-number of the spools arranged on the cylindrical holder coaxially to the trajectory of the bead movement, the switch providing the feeding to the spools of "m"-phase unidirectional voltage impulses, the waveguide connected to the holder. At that the holder and the race groove have the vibration- damping inserts arranged on both sides of the waveguide. The vibration- damping inserts are repeating the form of the cross section of the race groove and the holder. The technical result of the invention is the possibility to regulate the frequency and the amplitude of the forced vibrations at simplification of the vibrator design.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the possibility to regulate the frequency and the amplitude of the forced vibrations at simplification of the vibrator design.
