FIELD: vibratory equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat power engineering to control hard salt deposits on heat transfer surfaces and for intensification of different technological processes in liquid, solid and gaseous media. Proposed device has cylindrical housing with inner race along which two balls run, drive motor whose shaft is arranged coaxially to housing axis. First carrier is secured on shaft of motor and is made in from of rod with fitted on ball bearing on end. Diameter of ball and upper holder of carrier ball bearing are in ratio 2:1. Moreover, device is furnished with additional carrier and device to change angular position of additional carrier relative to first carrier. Amplitude is controlled and spectral composition of mechanical vibrations are changed by regulating central angle of arrangement of balls.
EFFECT: increased amplitude and enlarged spectrum of mechanical vibrations at preservation of characteristics of balls and drive motor.
