FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration and shock protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for protection of processing equipment, devices and instruments and human operators from vibration and impact loads. According to proposed method, object to be vibration isolated is installed on flat elastic members, and damping of vibration is provided by damper. Flat elastic members are made in form of pack of arch-shaped elastic members. Vibration damping is effected by viscoelastic damper made in form of elastically damping ring coupled with elastic members through bushings and arranged in plane square to vertical axis of pack of elastic members owing to radial deformation of elastic members. Vibration isolator with quasizero rigidity has flat elastic and damping members. Elastically damping ring has form of circle, ellipse, triangle, square rectangle or polygon in cross section. Elastically damping ring can be made hollow and in form of circle, ellipse, triangle, square, rectangle or polygon in cross section. Space of elastically damping ring can be filled with viscous liquid or air or gas compressed to definite pressure.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation.
