FIELD: injector torches, applicable in process heaters mainly of dangerously explosive and fire hazardous objects of oil chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: the multiflame injector torch has outer intermediate and inner exhaust pipes coaxially installed in the torch axis, they form the respective circuits of delivery of the fuel-air mixture so that the outer and intermediate pipes made in the form of truncated cones face the torch area of the thermal set if viewed from the vertex, and on the side of the foot they are connected to the injectors located in concentric circles through a cross plate, the maximum diameter of the outer pipe should be not less than the inside diameter of the torch area limited by lateral shields, according to the invention, the axes of the injectors of all the circuit are parallel with the common axis of the torch, detachable deflectors of the fuel-air mixture are installed at the inlet to the circular cavity between the outer and intermediate cones, at the outlet of the diffusers of the injectors of the outer circuit in the direction tangential to the diameter of circumference of location of the mentioned injectors, perpendicularly to the plate, a cylindrical probe with an axial vane swirled is installed, a short diffuser-knuckle forming the torch embrasure is fastened at its outlet, the circular cavity between the intermediate cone and the upper pipe is divided by a lateral partition into two parts so that in the front part positioned and joined to the partition are the injectors of the intermediate circuit and of the ignition torch, and behind the partition, in the circular gap between the swirler bush and the inner pipe installed is the collector perforated by the outlets, the toroidal cavity of which is connected by means of detachable branch pipes to the outlet from the diffusers of the injectors of the intermediate circuit.

EFFECT: enhanced safety of use of the gas equipment, for example, in the natural gas heaters at the inlet of the gas-distribution stations located in the areas with a cold climate.
