FIELD: the invention refers to combined liquid-gas burner arrangements of injection type for pipe furnaces in chemical, petrochemical and petroleum industries and may be used in heat engineering arrangements for various purposes in other branches of the industry.
SUBSTANCE: the dual-fuel furnace has a body with an upper damper, coaxial to it a ring gas collector with one row of nozzles, a pipeline of feeding of gas, an airway formed by the central channel of the gas collector with a controlled swirler in it, a sprayer of swirling dispersion of black oil with steam with possibility of axle travel and with direction of rotation of the cone of dispersion of emulsion of black oil with steam from the sprayer in the inverse direction of rotation of air flow behind the controlled swirler, an ejector muzzle at the output of the sprayer, a mixer chamber formed in the cavity of the cylindrical tube, installed on radial joint-pins coaxially inside the spacer plate having a butterfly damper and also a guard shield installed with an axle gap before the collector and a radial gap with a body, a diaphragm fulfilled together with the butt-end of the gas collector having a radial gap with the body. Besides the nozzle channels are directed to the axle of the burner at an angle of 10-20%.
EFFECT: allows to increase quality of incineration of fuel, to reduce the content of CO and NOx in the products of burning, to regulate the length of the torch of the flame.
