METHOD AND THE DEVICE FOR OPERATION WITH THE HEMMODIAFILTERING RECEIVING-WITHDRAWING MODULE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01D61/32 A61M1/34

Abstract RU 2298428 C2

FIELD: medical equipment industry; methods and the devices for operation with the hemodiafiltering receiving-withdrawing module.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for operation with the hemodiafiltering receiving-withdrawing module. The device includes the dialysis apparatus and the circuit of the extracorporeal circulation communicating with the hemodiafiltering module containing the first pipeline (120) intended for reception of the first liquid from the dialysis apparatus and for withdrawal of the dialysis liquid into the indicated apparatus, the second pipeline (64) selectively communicating with the first pipeline with provision of the selective arrival into the second pipeline of the withdrawing quantity of the first liquid from the first pipeline. The second pipeline communicates at least with one sterilization screen (92) for creation of the replacement liquid fed into the circuit of the extracorporeal circulation. The control unit (110) actuates depending on the parameters of the liquid, namely - the first liquid and the dialysis liquid and-or - depending on the parameter of the blood present in the circuit of the extracorporeal circulation. The control unit is capable to provide prevention of arrival of the stream of the replacement liquid into the circuit of the extracorporeal circulation, when at least one of the parameters of the liquid corresponds to the preset criterion. The invention prevents the blood pollution of the sterilization screen, origination of the dangerous or labile conditions, and also ensures the possibility of washing and disinfection of the device separately or jointly with the dialysis apparatus.

EFFECT: the invention ensures prevention of the blood pollution of the sterilization screen, origination of the dangerous or labile conditions, the possibility of washing and disinfection of the device separately or jointly with the dialysis apparatus.
