FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: wearable device for extracorporeal life-support of a patient contains a catheter connected via fluid to a pump and the first and the second modular elements of extracorporeal life-support. The first and the second modular elements of extra-corporeal life-support are pulmonary membrane and dialysis membrane. Pulmonary membrane is made with the possibility of provision of gas exchange with a blood flow rate between 0.5 and 4 l/min. Pump and the first and the second modular elements of extracorporeal life-support are made with the possibility of being attached to an item of clothing. Options of a method for provision of mobile ambulatory extracorporeal life-support and a method for provision of anticoagulation during extracorporeal life-support are disclosed.
