FIELD: metalworking.
SUBSTANCE: lubricant used in fabrication of hot-rolled tubes, e.g. for internal tools of piercing mill, contains 24-29,5% sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium chloride, 35-39% high-ash solid fuel combustion waste and talc (1:20), 1.0-1.5% zinc powder, and 30-40% calcium carbonate and polyvinylacetate glue (1:4).
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of tool, improved quality of inside surface of deformed tube, and increased (by 11-12%) rolling velocity.
