FIELD: border constructions of openings in walls, floors, or ceilings, frames to be rigidly mounted in such openings, particularly to be used for safe and vehicle door production.
SUBSTANCE: door frame comprises channel-bar base having through cavity and locking member facing the through cavity. Locking member has upper, lower and side parts. Channel bar base has rear, front flanges and wall. Door-frame also has supports. Each support comprises body formed of central and extreme plates connected wit each other. Extreme plate has opposite central and end parts, which define cavity and support surfaces. Central plate is installed in the cavity and fastened to end parts. Guiding means is created as central part of extreme plate. Channel-bar case is made as bent channel bar having differing flanges. Front flange of channel-bar case has lesser width. Rear flange is of greater width. Slots are made in lesser flange of side part of the bent channel bar. Supports are inserted in the slots so that support surfaces thereof are fastened to wall of side channel-bar case part facing through cavity by means of fastening members. Guiding means extend over lesser flange or in front of lesser flange in vertical direction.
EFFECT: increased door structure strength under maximal load to be applied to door frame during door breaking-in.
