FIELD: manufacture of compressors, namely free-piston gas generator used for producing compressed gas by combustion of organic fuel.
SUBSTANCE: free-piston gas generator (compressor) includes cylindrical housing 1, piston 2 arranged in it, winding 3 of electromagnetic starter having starter control turns, all arranged coaxially to housing 1. The last has inlet and outlet openings where valves 5, 6 with lock spring are mounted. Housing 1 has flanges on its ends for mounting heads of cylinders 7 with ignition plugs 8 and with glowing helices for providing complete combustion of fuel and also for mounting fuel supply jets 10. Ignition control turn 11 is mounted on housing 1. Piston 2 has compression rings. Tube 12 for supplying compressed gas to receiver is communicated with openings where valves 6 are mounted. Housing 1 is arranged in protection jacket 13 on which air filter 14 is arranged.
EFFECT: possibility for creating high working pressure at lowered energy consumption.
