FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, free drive mechanisms, possible use in various drive where it is needed to transmit torque of one certain sign, and also in mechanisms, transforming reciprocal movement to rotary movement.
SUBSTANCE: free drive sleeve contains rotating internal driven cylindrical half-coupling 1 and external driving cylindrical half-coupling 2. Tilting block 3 is rigidly held on half-coupling 1. Guiding groove 4 is made in half-coupling 2 in parallel to its axis, in which slider 5 is mounted with possible reciprocal movement. Slider 5 has joint, made in form of ball 6 with slit 7, having width and depth, sufficient for free sliding of external surface of tilting block 3. Sleeve also contains self-blocking mechanism, made in form of pistons 8,9, mounted with possible reciprocal movement in apertures 10,11, made coaxially to each other on opposite sides of half-coupling 2. Sleeves 8,9 by one ends are connected to slider 5 and create above-piston hollows 12,13 in appropriate apertures 10,11. Hollows 12,13 are interconnected by a channel made in half-coupling 2, and filled with working liquid. In one of hollows, inertial locking element is mounted, made in form of coaxially mounted cylindrical bushing 15, in which aperture 17 is made, with possible connection to channel on rotation of bushing 15. Finger 18 is held on bushing 15 perpendicularly to its axis. Finger 18 is positioned with possible movement in transverse through groove, made in half-coupling 2.
EFFECT: increased durability of free drive sleeve.
