SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the ways for optimization of the process of artificial breeding of valuable fish breeds, especially with stimulation of sturgeon breeding. The method deals with incubation of fish spawn, mixing, impact with biologically active substance being distinct by the fact that fertilized spawn at incubation should be affected with a peptide of Arg-Tyr-D-Ala-Phe-Gly formula. The innovation accelerates and increases the percentage of larvae yield, increases somatometric values in young fishes, activates anabolic hepatic processes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of stimulation.
