FIELD: fishing and fish farming.
SUBSTANCE: method involves incubation of fish eggs in Weiss apparatus. During incubation till complete hatching of larvas for 2–3 days, caviar is exposed to direct current of 30–40 kV.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the number of hatching of larvae and reduced number of eggs with saprollegia.
