SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, tractions are made in form of wires and are part of electric circuit, containing current source, mounted on a raft and electric magnets, interacting with plates, mounted on boat aft side, and pennants mounted jointly on axes and having counterweights. Normally open and normally closed switches are connected to finish boards, mounted jointly on posts and beam. Finish boards interact with post stops and have masses sufficient for tumbling themselves down. Pennants having lead-ins are mounted on boat rostrums.
EFFECT: increased time counting precision at control lengths of a track.
