FIELD: shipbuilding; sea transportation of natural gas.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship is provided with shipboard gas pipe line with units for communication with coastal or sea terminals, pressure source, heat exchanger and hermetic gas storage containers with gas reservoirs made in form of high-pressure bottle. Hermetic containers are made in form of shipboard hermetic compartments. High-pressure bottles are divided by elastic partition made from stretchable material and hermetically connected to bottle walls over perimeter of its cross section. On one side from elastic partition, bottles are provided with pipe line with system of valves for intercommunication of bottles and for communication with shipboard gas pipe line; on other side from elastic partition they are provided with pipe line with system of valves for intercommunication of bottles and for communication with pressure source made in form of compressed air source. Cavities of shipboard hermetic compartments are intercommunicated by means of pipe lines and are communicated with shipboard gas pipeline through system of valves.
EFFECT: increased volume of compressed gas carried by ship.
