FIELD: multifunctional information and control complexes, possible use for generating informational message, containing data about condition of two-positional objects - executive mechanisms, intruder and fire alarms, and also timed series of changes of these.

SUBSTANCE: device is characterized by increased trustworthiness of information due to combined procedures of input and encoding of signals from indicator. Input and encoding of information are performed in two stages - at first stage, current signal values from indicators are recorded in RAM registers, and at second stage signal input and signal encoding procedures are combined with serviceability diagnostics of common and individual units of device and circuits for connecting encoder and sensors. Special feature of proposed device - recording of short-term signals and timed series of their changes, allows its usage as recorder of emergency processes. Device allows usage of telecontrol communication channels.
