FIELD: digital systems for transmitting telemetric information engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device is meant for compressing data consisting of normal and emergency values from sensors, received as a result of control over said sensors. Device allows to transmit the whole array of data as a response to diagnostic call due to exclusion from informational message of counts of signals from sensors, from which emergency signal was received. In transmitted message data is contained, which allows to determine temporary fluctuations between run-outs of signals for different sensors. Run-out is fixed by extreme allowed value of signal growth between two adjacent counts.

EFFECT: shortened superfluity of transmitted data.
