METHOD FOR ESTIMATING PSYCHOVEGETATIVE DISORDERS SEVERITY DEGREE IN POSTOVARIECTOMY CASES Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B5/16 A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2299681 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining reactive anxiety by applying Spilberger-Khanin test, vegetative balance and alarm level by applying Lusher test, neurotization and psychopathization level is determined by applying neurotization and psychopathization test. Depression attributes are detected using Zung depression self-estimation scale. Cardiointervalography method is applied for calculating stress index. Each received parameter is estimated in points. Reactive uneasiness being less than 30 points, it is estimated as 1 point, 30-45 points are estimated as 2 points, more than 45 - as 3 points; vegetative balance being less than 1 is estimated as 1 point, 1 - as 2, more than 1 - as 3 points; alarm level of 0 points is estimated as 1 point, alarm of 1-3 points - as 2 points, alarm of 4-12 points - as 3 points; neurotization level of 10 points is estimated as 1 point, from 10 to-10 - as 2 points, less than -10 - as 3 points; psychopathization level more than 5 points is estimated as 1 point, from 5 to-5 - as 2 points, less than -5 - as 3 points. The case of no depression signs being observed is estimated as 1 point, mild degree depression - as 2 points, moderate and heavy degree depression - as 3 points. Stress index of 30-90 is estimated as 1 point, 90-160 - as 2 points, more than 160 - as 3 points. The received points are summed up. The sum of points being equal to 7-11, postovariectomy syndrome severity degree is estimated as mild one, 12-16 - as moderate degree, 17-21 as heavy one.

EFFECT: wide range of functional applications.
