FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing rod in frontal plane into cervical zone near scapular coracoid process base. Wire bundle is introduced into distal segment of the clavicle through both cortical layers in the same plane. The rod and wire bundle are fixed in external fixation apparatus fixing units. Reposition is carried out by rotating nuts on the rod.
EFFECT: improved fixation rigidity; enabled dynamical clavicle position adjustment.
