FIELD: coal concentration industry, possibly in concentrating plants and factories for dehydration screening.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for coal desliming and for concentrating slimes contained in commercial coal or in concentrated products includes hopper having in its upper part two-sieve screening device. Said screening device has string type sieves having spacing between strings of upper sieve equal to 10 mm or 13 mm and with spacing between strings of lower sieve equal to 1 mm and they are provided with discharging chutes. Guiding shelf is arranged under lower sieve and it is welded along its whole length to boards of hopper. Under mean portion of said shelf concentrator lip is arranged and under upper portion of said shelf draining branch pipe is mounted for collecting excess water in water accumulation reservoir arranged under concentrator and provided with discharging hatch and pipe for inspecting water level. In lower portion of draining branch pipe there is mechanism for controlling pressure of water draining. Said mechanism includes jointly mounted regulating wing and regulating rods. Upper edge of draining branch pipe is arranged over level of upper lower end of guiding shelf and discharging opening of concentrator. Said opening is provided with mechanism for controlling height having damper and regulating screws and it provides communication of hopper with dehydrator. The last includes cloth-base sieve, pallet and slime chute. Invention provides removal of slimes with fraction size less than 1.0 mm from commercial coal or concentrated products.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of desliming and dehydration.
