FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of enrichment and processing of mineral raw materials of technogenic deposits, previously affected during mining operations with wood residues and fragments of the fastening forest. Process line for removal of wood residues and chips during processing of technogenic mineral raw material includes loading and conveying devices, crushing and grinding complex, sump for receiving crumbled products, sludge transportation pump connected to connecting pipeline, hydrocyclone battery, transporting device, vibrating screen, receivers-accumulators of wood residues. Line is additionally equipped with flushing drum screen with perforated surface, equipped with pebble tray and receiving hopper installed before input into crushing and grinding complex, thickener-dehydrator of drain products, installed at outlet of hydrocyclones battery and connected to system of recycled water supply. Also, the line is equipped with in-series installed cutting chamber and device for extraction of wood chips from pulp, connected by means of transporting device at input of cutting chamber with output of vibration screen, and the output of the device for extracting chips from the pulp through the conveying chute is connected to receivers-accumulators of wood residues, equipped with dehydrating devices connected to the system of recycled water supply. Device for chips extraction includes housing equipped with receiving and drain pipes and unloading window, inclined spiral classifier with transport chute installed under it, made with through holes, located inside housing, wherein the body bottom is made with holes coaxial to the holes in the conveying chute, in which there are nozzles with nozzles connected to the water supply pipeline located under the housing bottom.
EFFECT: high efficiency of separating wood residues and chips from transported mass flow of technogenic material.
