FIELD: chemical industry; glass industry; methods of production of the plastic window glass with the electroconductive structure.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the plastic window glass supplied with the structure composed of the built-in electric wires as well as to the corresponding plastic window glass. The technical result of the presented group of the inventions is the reduced value of the finished product due to application of the wire as the conductive component, and the improved transparency of the produced glass. The technical result is achieved by the method of production the plastic glass supplied with the built-in electrical wires, in which the wires are connected to the surface of the plastic sheet. This surface later receives another layer of the plastic material by the injection molding through the rear side for formation of the base of the window glass. At that the substance of the plastic sheet and the injection molded plastic are directly connected together due to the mutual adhesion. At that the surface of the plastic sheet, which is located on the opposite side with respect to the wires forms one of the external sides of the final window glass. The electric wires are produced by supplying at least with one metal wire that surface of the plastic sheet, which should be subjected to rear injection molding.
EFFECT: the group of the invention ensures the reduced value of the finished product due to application of the wire as the conductive component, and the improved transparency of the produced glass.
