FIELD: chemical industry; glass industry; the method and the devices for production of the profiled plastic edges on the details and the window glass made with the profile edges.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for production the profiled plastic edge on the details and the window glass having the profiled edge. For production of the profiled edge made out of the plastic material on the detail (1) one part of the edge area or the detail lateral side surface gets into contact with the contoured surface (7, 7'). At that the plastic material is superimposed with adhesion on a part of the perimeter of the detail's surface, to which the contour surface does not touch. The outer dimensions of the formed profile edge are defined by the contour surface. The contour surface (7,7') is pressed to the edge area or the lateral surface of the fixed detail (1) by means of the flat pad (5, 5'), which form may vary under the pressure of the fluid medium. The invention ensures the best adjustment of the contour surface to the contour and to the possible deviations of the dimensions of the detail.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the best adjustment of the profiled plastic edge to the details and the window glass profile edges and to the possible deviations of the dimensions of the detail.
