FIELD: packing and bottling.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at provision of guaranteed minimum of microbiological contamination of packages and zones of bottling preventing degradation of packed product and increasing its storage life, mechanization and automation of process of disinfection and carrying out disinfection at minimum labor input, limitation of expenses and negative ecological effects after traditional disinfection with use of chemical reagents, and reduction of power consumption for transfer of bottles.. According to proposed method, empty bottle transfer is combined with operations of sterilization, neutralization and preservation of sterility of bottles proper and surrounding air. All these operations are carried out in sealed working space using accumulating hopper for empty bottles and transporting tube. Empty bottles are sterilized in accumulating hopper and ozone is neutralized, and then empty bottles are transported using cleaned sterile compressed air along tube into bottling zone. Work is carried out by system of automatic control and regulation of two closed gas circuits, namely, sterilization and transportation ones, excluding influence of ozone onto air in bottling zone and product under bottling.
EFFECT: improved quality and increased service life of bottled product.
