FIELD: packaging and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for filling and closing containers, bottles or any other container in a sterilized medium. Beverage dispensing apparatus is characterized in that it is a sterile non-tight insulator, inner space of which is filled with a sterilizing mixture containing hot air and sprayed fine hydrogen peroxide - H2O2 - peroxide vapor. At that, the installation is made as per a single-loop body-insulator, starting from the container entry into the sterile space of the dispensing machine and till the already closed container with the product already exits. At the inlet and outlet of the container there are exhaust casings, which create controlled movement of the sterilizing medium inside. At that, exhaust hoods provide constant ejection effect due to which they suck in partially peroxide vapor and partially air from surrounding space. With properly selected flow rate of extracts, such sterilizing medium movement is created, which prevents penetration of peroxide vapor outside through non-tight skin. Air supplied through non-tight space seals and through cover feed channel, immediately mixed with peroxide vapor and becomes sterile, this eliminates ingress of microorganisms into the sealed container. Peroxide vapor inside is formed by feeding into sprayed fine-dispersed mixture with high concentration of peroxide for processing of incoming container inside and outside and for treatment of covers for container sealing, as well as by supplying sterile hot air inside for neutralization of peroxide on inner walls of containers and on inner walls of covers. Inner walls of the container are treated with hot sterile air immediately before filling the container with the product. Treatment of the inner walls of the covers with hot sterile air takes place immediately before the sealing. Fine pulverized hydrogen peroxide and hot sterile air are fed through nozzles, as a result of mixing a fine mixture of peroxide and sterile hot air inside, a peroxide vapor cloud with a peroxide concentration is formed, which enables to kill microorganisms and ensures complete sterility of the process of dispensing the product into containers and sterile sealing of the container. For treatment of containers and covers inside nozzles are installed, through which sprayed fine-dispersed mixture is supplied, which is partially deposited on walls of containers and walls of covers, partially mixed with available inside monoblock peroxide vapor. Peroxide settled on walls of containers and covers kills remains of microorganisms, ensures sterility of initial package prior to dispensing and sealing. Immediately prior to bottling the container is blown with a jet of hot sterile air to remove residues of peroxide from inner walls of the container. Immediately before container sealing, inner part of covers is also blown by jet of hot sterile air. Blowing with hot sterile air is performed by means of nozzles installed inside on the path of containers and covers movement. As a result of hot air exposure peroxide settled on inner walls of the container and internal walls of the cover is decomposed into water and oxygen, which enables to reduce concentration of residual peroxide in the product in a sealed container to acceptable values.

EFFECT: proposed solution ensures simplification and cheapening of the bottling process due to creation of a hydrogen peroxide steriliser providing the required high biological purity of the poured beverage occurring in the sterilizing medium.
