FIELD: mining and oil-and-gas production industry, particularly combined development of titaniferous ore and highly-viscous oil positioned in single bed.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing and excavating ore deposit by creation of horizontal mine tunnel system in the deposit; producing highly-viscous hydrocarbons through gently rising production wells; injecting heat carrier medium in injection wells drilled from ground surface; distributing heat carrier over bed through gently rising vapor-distribution wells having faces directed in formation roof and crossing injection wells or located in injection well influence areas. Rising tunnels are drilled from developed mine tunnels in under-roof ore deposit layer and annular production mine gallery is cut. Production and vapor-distribution wells are drilled from the mine gallery so that production and vapor-distribution wells are directed below vertical injection well bottoms. Vapor-distribution and production wells are drilled along radial beams located in single vertical plane. Produced highly-viscous hydrocarbons are conveyed from annular production gallery mine via channel or pipeline through rising mine tunnel to horizontal mine tunnel adapted to receive oil treating plant.
EFFECT: decreased costs of opening bore construction, central pit bottom excavation and for production and vapor-distribution well drilling in barren rock.
