FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed wind electric generator contains rotors-windwheels with segment members, stator segment members, rotary base with tail, and tower. Base is made in form of strip, and stator members are installed so that their lower parts are arranged on ends of strip, and upper parts are connected to each other. Support rods of windwheels are installed on ends of strip. Axles of windwheel bushing are connected by cross rod which is connected in its middle part with joint of upper parts of stator segment members. Advantage of proposed generator is light-weight and rigid structure provided by minimum three triangular element: first one being formed by strip and stator members with lower and upper ends, and second and third ones being formed by stator member, support rod and half-section of cross rod.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics owing to increase of rigidity and decrease of mass and dimension indices.
